How to Use
1.
Twist the cap and the tube will pop up automatically.
2.
Tear the Aiir Pops Seal and Insert 1 core in the tube.
3.
Push the Cap back in and twist it to lock the aiir stick.
4.
Inhale from your mouth when you feel the urge.

Is this the same as vaping?
No. There's no battery, no heating element, no e-liquid vapor. You're breathing through essential oil-soaked cotton (Aiir Pops) in a sealed steel tube (Aiir Sticks) - nothing is burned or vaporised.
Does it contain nicotine?
No. Neither the Stick nor the Pops contain nicotine, tobacco, or synthetic ingredients
Can I use it if I've never smoked?
Yes. The slow-breathing pattern is calming on its own - plenty of people use it for stress or anxiety with no smoking history at all. This is basically a use of Aromatherapy to reduce stress and anxiety and get rid of urges to control habits.
How often do I need new Pops?
Each Pop has 3 refills and each refill lasts about 4–6 days with daily use. A pop will cover you for 12 - 18 days. For Heavy Smoker this replacement is 1/10th of what they spend on cigarettes.
