Aiir is a men’s health and wellness brand based in Nepal, operating as an online-first direct-to-consumer brand via Aiir.club. References to ‘Aiir’, ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ throughout these terms refer to the Aiir brand and its owner.

Aiir makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on aiir.club are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. If a product listed on the site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition within 7 days of receipt.

Aiir breathing sticks are aromatherapy products intended for external inhalation use only. They are not medicines, medical devices, or supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on aiir.club are listed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Aiir currently accepts cash on delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

6. Orders and Availability

Placing an order on aiir.club constitutes an offer to purchase. Aiir reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full cancellation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Aiir currently ships within Nepal only. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability. Aiir is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Aiir accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via the Reach Out page at aiir.club/contact within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this window will not be accepted. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within [add timeframe] of receiving the returned item.

Aiir does not accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aiir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any products purchased through it. Aiir’s total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
