Shipping

WHERE WE SHIP

Aiir currently ships within Nepal only. We deliver to all major cities and districts across the country. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are based outside Nepal and would like to be notified when international shipping launches, contact us via aiir.club/contact.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Standard delivery within Nepal takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery to remote districts may take longer depending on courier availability and location. These timeframes are estimates — Aiir is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation. When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us via aiir.club/contact and include your order number.

PAYMENT

Aiir currently accepts cash on delivery (COD) only. Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery. Please ensure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery.

Returns

RETURN WINDOW

Aiir accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To initiate a return, contact us via the Reach Out page at aiir.club/contact within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide instructions for sending the item back.

Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us — unconfirmed returns may not be processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items returned outside the 7-day window
• Items not in their original condition or packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery via aiir.club/contact. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within [add timeframe] of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued via [add refund method — e.g. bank transfer, cash]. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

EXCHANGES

Aiir does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or scent, return the original item (subject to the return conditions above) and place a new order.
